Tournament Conditions (read carefully before entering):
Eligibility: Players who have won any IBSF, Oceania, Australian (exceptions apply), NSW or
other State 6 Reds Snooker Championship are ineligible. Past winners of this Championship
are ineligible as are past winners of similar inter-state‘minor’6 Reds Snooker Chamionships
Eligibility: As this event is a State Championship all entrants are required to:
(i) comply with NSW residency criteria; i.e. must be a NSW resident and have been
permanently domiciled in the State of NSW for a minimum period of six (6) months
immediately prior to this event;
(ii) not have previously competed in another State Championship of the same discipline
(i.e. snooker) in the same calendar year.
The Championship will be played subject to Rules of 6 Reds Snooker prescribed by the IBSF.
ABSC Playing Conditions and all matters pertaining to Player’s Code of Conduct and Ethics
will also be adhered to. Any breach of such rules or non-adherence to standard etiquette may
result in disciplinary action being taken against the offenders.
NOTE: No players or referees are permitted to smoke or consume alcohol whilst involved in
playing or refereeing a game – unless during an official session break.
Tournament standard dress is required: Tailored trousers, long sleeve predominately plain
coloured shirts buttoned at the wrist, bow ties, socks, dark colour dress shoes must be worn for
all matches. Waistcoat is required from the knockout stage onwards. Failure to comply with
these conditions will result in forfeiture of the game.
In the absence of official referees, players will be required to referee/mark.
Format & prize money determined subject to entries received. No seedings will apply.
Completed entry form and entry fee will be required before any player is permitted to compete.
The tournament directors decision will be final.
